Dr. Onur Cavus, BDS, PhD, is a general dentist certified by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, providing comprehensive care with a special focus on implant dentistry, oral surgery, and sedation dentistry.

He combines over 18 years of clinical experience with advanced training in oral and implant surgery to deliver treatment that is precise, evidence-based, and patient-focused.

Academic and Professional Background

Dr. Cavus earned both his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2005 and his Doctorate (PhD) in Oral Surgery in 2011 from Marmara University, Istanbul, one of Turkey’s leading dental schools.

His doctoral training focused on implantology, bone and soft-tissue reconstruction, and advanced oral surgery techniques.

From 2011 to 2019, Dr. Cavus owned and operated a private dental clinic in Istanbul’s Caddebostan district, where he provided general and surgical dental care to a diverse patient base.

He later relocated to Toronto, Canada, completed the NDEB equivalency process, and has been practicing in Ontario since 2022.
